Counseling and guidance
The program fully supports the effort you make and stands by you in whatever you need. The steering committee, lecturers and secretarial support staff are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Complaints management
In case you want to express your difficulty or objection on any matter, you can make a special request to the five-member S.E. of the master’s degree, which in turn decides and responds to the student’s request.
You can submit your request in writing to the program secretariat and then you will be informed immediately about the procedure to be followed. You can consult the operating regulation of the complaints and objections management mechanism.
Academic advisor
For each graduate student, an academic advisor is assigned at the beginning of the 2nd semester. The PMS Coordinating Committee assigns Academic Advisor duties only to faculty members participating in the Graduate Program. The faculty member who also has the role of supervising professor for the preparation of his diploma thesis acts as a student’s academic advisor. The Academic Advisor is in contact with the Director of the PMS and the five-member coordinating committee in order to resolve any issues that arise. A graduate student’s Academic Advisor remains the same until the completion of studies. The coordination of the Academic Advisors is done by the Director of the PMS.
